Notes:
- If a company’s investment exceeds 70% of the total project cost, rating score should be multiplied by 2.
- ‘Accredited Documentation’ and ‘SME’ elements are key thrusts of the program. Where rating score of either or both of these elements is 5, (not less than 5), multiply that score by 2.
- Maximum score for all elements, using all weighting factors is 100. A total score of 65 points or more is required for the proposal to be approved.
